\nI was unsure how to respond.
\nI use other tools as a stress release, not art.<\/p>\n

This may seem confusing because art is well recognized as therapy<\/a> with documented scientific results.<\/p>\n

Art is a powerful and amazing tool for rehabilitation, recreation, stress release & enjoyment.
\nIt can be an outlet that brings balance, improves health, achieving an array of benefits.
\nIt\u2019s a wonderfully individual pursuit and experience.<\/p>\n

As a professional, my art isn\u2019t a quest for self- healing or self- expression.
\nFor one thing, I am painting for you, not me.

There is an accountability and responsibility to deliver consistent quality work and connect with the viewer.
\nHow the work will resonate with you, how it will feel in your spaces.
\nWill it have longevity, and make a difference in your lives.
\nThese are all considerations I take to the canvas.

\nI wasn\u2019t relaxed when I sat with my drawing pad as a child,
\nI was and still am, electrified<\/strong>.
